The Mountain of the Cannibal God (1978)
Ambushed by cannibals in the jungles of New Guinea, Susan (Ursula Andress) and her colleague Dr. Foster (Stacy Keach) fear that they'll be eaten alive. But when the maniacal tribe leader becomes obsessed with Susan, she realizes that he has a hunger of a different kind.

This video nasties was known as Prisoner of the Cannibal God in Britain, and banned until they cut 2 minutes and 6 seconds. They re-released it in 2001.
