Revolutionary Road (2008)

Based on the renowned novel by Richard Yates and set in the mid-1950s, this story follows the Wheelers (Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslett), a young couple in suburban Connecticut who tries desperately to confront the problems in their relationship while raising two children. Despite their best intentions, the couple's intense jealousies and arguments send them -- and the entire family -- into a heart-wrenching downward spiral.

Well in a nutshell here is what I have to say about this movie, I am a kate winslet fan but thank goodness she is nominated for 'the reader' rather than this movie.
