  UKM: The Ultimate Killing Machine (2006)

Evil scientists at a secret military base are performing experiments in an attempt to create the ultimate killing machine. Their biggest triumph to date is Sergeant Dodds, a highly decorated soldier turned screaming killer, whom they keep under lock and key for his own safety and that of the other half-dozen members of the curiously under-staffed facility.

I gave it a star for Michael Madsen and a half star for potential.

I got sucked into this because of Michael Madsen, who is working hard to get to his 200th film appearance. He may have well over a dozen appearances this year alone. This was not one of his best, but it was certainly in character and an easy paycheck.
