Come Live With Me (1941)
Beautiful young woman who meets up suddenly with a saddened young man and proposes marriage in order that she may escape deportation. She agrees to pay the bridegroom $17.50 a week, which is enough to meet his hall bedroom overhead while he writes his first novel.
