Pineapple Express (2008)

After witnessing an underworld murder involving a corrupt cop (Rosie Perez) and a drug kingpin (Gary Cole), straitlaced pothead Dale Denton (Seth Rogen) must go on the run with his dealer (James Franco) to escape the wrath of the vengeance-minded criminals. Well Zara's review said something very important. This film probably would be wonderful if your a pothead, smoke weed on a regular basis or got high as hell to watch it. Since I do not smoke weed I found myself extremely bored with this film and only laughed once or twice. I actually couldn't wait for the film to end so...

This movie might make a lot better sense if you've ever A) been a stoner or B) associated with people who were functioning stoners. Much like understanding the humour in some of the stupid stuff that alcoholics can do, being or knowing a stoner is usually more fun, as they aren't as prone to fits of unexpected rage.
