"The Incredible Hulk," to be directed by Louis Leterrier, will return to the roots of the long-running comic series, combining a well-developed character storyline with incredible action and fun. Zak Penn, who previously collaborated with Marvel on X2 and this summer's smash hit X-Men: The Last Stand, is writing the script. The project is being produced by Avi Arad, Kevin Feige and Gale Ann Hurd and will be executive produced by Michael Helfant and Ari Arad.

So I've heard a lot about this Incredible Hulk movie, not to be mistaken with the 2003 film about the same character titled merely "Hulk", directed by Ang Lee of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon fame. I remember Lee's version receiving decent critical acclaim and it did okay at the box office, yet it seems like everyone has...

I may be one of the few who actually liked Ang Lee's version of the Hulk. Sure, we didn't see the Hulk until an hour in. Sure I was lost by the end, just as everyone else was. I liked the comic book transitions between scenes, even if it was over used a bit. And the Hulk himself was pretty awesome. Too bad the best fight...
