Tooth & Nail (2007)
In a postapocalyptic world, a small band of survivors who call themselves Foragers plan to rebuild civilization from their headquarters in an empty hospital. But they're soon forced into a face-off with the Rovers, a brutal gang of cannibals. As the Rovers take them out one at a time, the Foragers must draw on all their resources to stay alive. Michael Madsen, Vinnie Jones, Robert Carradine and Rachel Miner star in this futuristic thriller.
