Director Jon Schnepp and writer Eric Hoffman serve up a wacky dish of futuristic comedy featuring what may be the most idiotic superhero there is: Brainwarp. Broke and in desperate need of money, Brainwarp tries to rustle up some cash from the notorious Legion of Rude People.
