This violent gangster film centers on Freddy Roland (Shemar Moore) and his foster sister, Blusette (Salli Richardson), a successful singer who's risen to the top of the industry thanks to record label exec Eight Ball (Ernie Hudson). Blusette returns from rehab and wants to leave the label. But Eight Ball refuses to let her go and frames Freddy for her murder. Now, to save his own skin, Freddy must expose the real killers.
