I only watched it because it was one of the only movies starting early enough at the second run theater that I hadn't watched already and my group wanted to see a film.
These guys, the men making these movies (they also have made EPIC MOVIE and DATE MOVIE) are just unfunny. There isn't anything grand or worthwhile of me...

This may be the greatest movie ever made, but I could only make it through the first 5 minutes or so, so I will never know. In that time an infant is thrown into a pit full of rotting corpses, a Vietnamese infant is rejected as being not racially pure enough to be a Spartan, a grandmother has her teeth knocked out of her...

This has to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life and thats hard since I love movies that spoof movies and the movie "300". I often wonder why I even go to movies like 'Meet the Spartans', knowing full well that I won't enjoy myself, because Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer are the guys who did the abysmal Epic Movie, and do exactly the same thing here, spoofing everything one could imagine. In fact, I sat in awe of just how much was spoofed...
