The Man Who Could Work Miracles (1936)
description written by member Zara:
When angels decide to test human nature, everyman George McWhirter Fotheringay (Roland Young) is suddenly given the power to perform miracles. As George uses his gift and tries to create his idea of utopia, his acts are met with disbelief. But his biggest miracle quiets the skeptics and turns the world on its ear. Ralph Richardson, Edward Chapman, Ernest Thesiger and Joan Gardner also star in this comedy fantasy based on the book by H.G. Wells.
