When a blond bumpkin (Jessica Simpson) discovers that her boyfriend's been cheating on her in Manhattan, she strikes out on her own as a big-city career girl. Little does she know that a pair of corporate villains (Penelope Ann Miller and Andy Dick) is using her as a pawn in their evil scheme for success. I feel bad for Jessica Simpson. She's got it worse than Britney in terms of parents who control your every move. Her father even produced this pile of garbage, hoping to sell it as being the remake of WORKING GIRL and made the director give him a cameo in the movie.
