  Blast! (2004)

Lamont Dixon (Griffin) is a tugboat captain who happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. The oil rig where he is working is overtaken by terrorist Michael Kittredge (Jones.) Kittredge plans to detonate an EMP bomb to help him steal money from banks and Dixon must stop him at all cost while protecting his young adopted son that he brought along for the ride.

Has anyone but me realized that Eddie Griffin sucks even worse then usual in anything but a comedy? Well if you have not noticed then check this out to see how bad his acting can be. This HAD to have been one of those deals where Griffin got paid for two films by one studio and this was the second film they wanted him to...
