No it doesn't have the overall sheen of 'The Nagivator' or the physicality of 'The General' and it is not as great as Keaton's masterpiece 'Steamboat Bill Jr', but this is far better than many other Keaton classics.
It follows a hapless cameraman trying to make it in the business while also trying to charm a lovely...
