description written by member Zara:
The film follows Llewelyn Moss (Brolin), a husband out hunting near the Rio Grande who comes across a drug deal gone sour - leaving behind a cache of heroin, two million dollars and several bodies. When two more men end up murdered, the local Sheriff (Jones) realizes Moss and his wife need protection. Things turn dangerous when various men, ranging from ruthless freelancers to ex-Special Forces members, turn up to find out the truth and destroy all evidence. On Robert Altman's Nashville, critic Pauline Kael wrote that it was an "orgy for movie-lovers", declaring, "I've never before seen a movie I loved in quite this way." Upon viewing No Country For Old Men, I think that I am prepared to have my own Pauline Kael moment where I'm bold enough to gush unapologetically about a...

When Llewelyn Moss (Josh Brolin) goes out on a hunting trip, he comes across a drug deal gone bad and a case with $2 million dollars in it. He tries to keep the money for himself while evading psychopathic bounty hunter Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem), who kills anyone else trying to get the money. As the chase goes on,...
