Razor (2007)

A young couple, Jake and Violet, are making a road trip through the desert to visit their family. Jake (John Fremont) is a washed up minor league baseball player who has had a run of bad luck, drives and old, worn-out pick-up truck, and carries his baseball bat with him everywhere he goes. Violet is his attractive sidekick/girlfriend who has been with him through everything; however she still likes to remind him of his shortcomings of success in his career. As they make their way down the long deserted road they encounter an intimidating man who taunts them on the road while driving his supped-up hot rod, this enrages Jake, but he is unable to catch up to him, however, Jake sees the hot rod down the road at a unique biker bar.
