What happens when you become a victim? I would imagine that it pretty much follows the line of this movie. Maybe we don't all become vigilantes, but the fact that people could attend an execution of a criminal means that there is some blood-lust that screams to be satisfied.

Ok so everyone else seemed to like this one. I didn't hate the film by no means but I did have a hard time finishing it. Before you attack me for giving it a low rating just read my reasons.
