Halloween (2007)
description written by member Zara:
From acclaimed musician and filmmaker Rob Zombie ("The Devil's Rejects," "House of 1000 Corpses") comes an entirely new take on the highly successful and terrifying Halloween legacy that began in 1978. While revealing a new chapter in the established Michael Myers saga, the film will surprise both classic and modern horror fans with a departure from prior films in the Halloween franchise. Audiences should brace themselves for unprecedented fear as Zombie turns back time to uncover the making of a pathologically disturbed, even cursed child, named Michael Myers.

I was a big fan of Rob Zombies band titled White Zombie but since that band broke up I have not been a fan of his music or anything...

I happen to really like this movie and i find it to be the best film that Rob Zombie has written and directed. I really like this movie due to the fact it's a start to finish movie. No having to wait until the second one. The little boy who plays in this movie does a wonderful job!! I think we will see him in movies to...

Rob has tried to make clear that with this movie, he is attempting to do a reimagining of the film, and not just a simple remake. He felt that the only way to do this movie is if he could make it his own, which is what Carpenter encouraged him to do when he found out Zombie would be taking on this project.
The first half...

Rob Zombie's retelling of John Carpenter's classic isn't bad, but it's not great either. The Halloween series more than needed a change. It was a franchise begging for euthanasia. So I do praise Rob Zombie for trying something new. He's tried take the popular trend of Batman Begins and Casino Royale and update a tired...
