Sworn to Justice (1997)

In this movie, Rothrock stars as Jana Dane, a criminal psychologist,
who also happens to be a martial arts expert. One night, she returns
home to find her sister and nephew murdered, and she is next on the
hit-list for the gang of thugs responsible. She manages to fight her
way to safety, but she passes out in the garden, awaking after the
scumbags have departed.
When she revisits the scene of the crime, she discovers that she has
developed the ability to psychicly tell what has happened to an item's
owner, just by touching it. This ability was gained, via someone
kicking her in the head(!), and she decides to track down the killers
one by one and get revenge.

I haven't seen a Cynthia Rockrock film in a long time, and it only cost me a buck, so what the hell. besides that she shows some skin in this movie.
I have to say that she still has some good moves at 40 and still has one hot bod. Just seeing her smash some bad guys is worth the buck. But, she has slowed down...
