The good:
Naming the dog Shoeshine. Since Underdog was a humble, lovable shoeshine boy in the original cartoon. A nice nod to the source material.
The beagle in question was excruciatingly cute.
Patrick Warburton as Cad. He may be a one-trick pony, but he's a funny one.

Ah, that middle of the road movie which is meant to appeal to everyone and offend no one. That is the curse that is UNDERDOG. So lame, tired and dull. The only high point in this cheap ploy for the money of children, was Peter Dinklage as the evil mad scientist.
