The Last Mimzy 2007

A brother and sister find a strange box with what they believe to be toys inside. The soon begin to develop special abilities and talents, they also seem to be getting smarter by the day. Their teacher tells the parents that they are beyond the genius level and even the parents start to notice the incredible difference in the two children.

This is a sweet enough story about a brother and sister who discover a 'magical' bunny. Rainn Wilson has a lot of fun as the boy's science teacher and he is without a doubt the most enjoyable part of the movie.

The Last Mimzy is a true family film, there is no doubt of that. While it falls just short of being a great movie it is a very well done film.
