300 Movie Review by Skye (6/19/2008)

"Madness? This is Sparta!" This line exclaimed by the Spartan King Leonidas sets the aggressively hungry tone for the entire story of the movie 300.

Adapted from the graphic novel 300 by Frank Miller about the Battle of Thermopylae in 480 B.C., it is packed with a power house of blood, brawn and battles. The movie does...

The priests, already bribed by...

300 Movie Review by B Movie Ben (3/10/2007)

I kick myself frequently for missing Frank Miller's Sin City on the big
screen. I wish they would bring films like that back occasionally.

Well, I wasn't going to miss this one and I am glad I didn't. It was a
beautiful and impressive film. It was no Sin City, but it was an
enjoyable way to spend two hours on a Saturday...
