Witchfire (1986)

I guess this movie was also called "The Butcher," although I am having trouble finding corroborating evidence. It's about a mentally deranged woman and her two crazy friends who hide out in the home of a woman who burned her parents alive after learning about her psychiatrist dying in a car accident.
