The Hitcher (2007)
Grace Andrews (Sophia Bush) and Jim Halsey (Zachary Knighton) are on the road headed towards a spring break vacation. Everything is fine until they pick up a mysterious hitchhiker named John Ryder also known as "The Hitcher" played by Sean Bean.

Another pointless remake made with people you don't give a sh*t about, a killer who has no purpose (but also lacks the genuine charisma that Hauer had in the original) and a bunch of characters who are too slow and stupid to catch on to anything that's going on around them.

I... Want... To... Die .....that was how I have been feeling lately having to resort to watching crap because all the good DVD's are checked out and nothing is on TV. I had hopes for this one but again I was let down.
The opening scene really set the precedent with the obviously fake rabbit crossing the road.

Ok, I'm not going to waste too much time on this one.
While finishing another movie review, I ended up stumbling over the remake of "The Hitcher" on cable. For those of you who don't remember the 1986 original, it starred Rutger Hauer as one of the scariest psychopaths ever put onscreen, and we watch him terrorize C....

How should I start this review....well first by saying that this is a great movie. I usually dont like remakes because a lot of them really do suck...but this one is good for a change. The movie is about two college kids who are on their way to spring break when the pick up a hitchhiker. The guy turns out to be a killer...
