Dark Wolf (2003)
When random werewolf attacks plague Metropolis, the city calls in its elite lycanthrope squad, complete with sterling Uzis and unlimited rounds of silver bullets, to bring the shapeshifting bad guys to justice. I have certainly seen a lot of werewolves, but director Richard Friedman and writer Geoffrey Alan Holliday put together what I consider the best werewolf movie ever.
