Children of the Living Dead (2001)

In 1987 a viscious serial killer and rapist named Abbot Hayes dissapears from the local morgue. Around the same time a zombie plague sweeps through his hometown and wipes out many townspeople. 14 years later the bodies at the local cemetary are moved so a new car dealership can start construction and this gets Abbot back in business.
