Notes on a Scandal (2006)

When Sheba Hart (Cate Blanchett) starts as the new art teacher at St. George's, Barbara Covett (Judi Dench) senses a congeneric spirit. But Barbara is not the only one drawn to her. Sheba begins an immoral affair and Barbara becomes the keeper of her secret. "Notes on a Scandal" is a story of loneliness, loyalty, envy and love.

Notes On A Scandel is a simple masterpiece that blew me away. This drama exemplifies how easy a script can be, yet work out so well and all come together so nicely. Great plot, Great cast and a Great drama.

This film was a bit of a thriller, and more than a little creepy and scary, but that's because of Judi Dench. She is the scariest actor I can think of, just by being herself. (Maybe if I could stand Jack Nicholson he could rival).
