This is the spin-off from the first VAN WILDER movie, in which the break out character of Taj, played by the charismatic Kal Penn, is sent to England to become the Van for the Brits.
Problem is, as much as this movie bills itself as being foul or disgusting with its jokes, it's not. The lead character falls for one girl...
