Flushed Away (2006)
From the creators of "Chicken Run" and "The Wallace and Gromit Movie" comes this claymation feature which tells the story of an uptown rat who is flushed down the toilet from his penthouse apartment into the sewers of London, where he has to learn a whole new way of life. McKellen voices the story's antagonist, a villainous frog, while Serkis plays his hench-rat, Spike. Jackman will play Roddy, the pampered rat. (read more)

I didn't care much for this film when I first saw it, but in the intervening time I had a chance to watch all the wonderful shorts and featurettes on the Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit disc, which gave me a better appreciation for the fellows at Aardman.

I'm sure a lot of people look at the advertisements for this flick and just go, "meh...just another one of those claymation doohickeys". I kind of thought that at first, except I like Wallace and Gromit and Chicken Run...I like the clay animation...it's cool...and it looks like it takes an aweful lot of work.
