Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006)
Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) discovers he owes a blood debt to the legendary Davey Jones, Captain of the ghostly Flying Dutchman. With time running out, Jack must find a way out of his debt or else be doomed to eternal damnation and servitude in the afterlife. Making matters worse, Sparrow's problems manage to interefere with the wedding plans of a certain Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) and Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley), who are forced to join Jack on yet another one of his misadventures. The "Pirates" flicks leave me somewhat speechless after I view them. It all started as a ride. I'm willing to bet that only about twenty-five percent of those teenage girls screaming Johnny Depp's name on the red carpet waiting for the premiere of the sequel to 2003's summer hit, didn't know it all started as a ride. I expected this sequel to be like its predecessor. Long, boring and drwn out. Boy was I wrong. The director takes a whole new twist on the look and fele of the film. And its good. The movie is bigger, funner and definately more action packed.
