Absolutely one of the biggest pieces of dogsh*t that I have ever been forced to rent for my Midget. After sitting through the first 10 minutes, I gave up the ghost and walked out of the room. I thought I'd give it a chance since it claimed in its previews to have been tied in with HOLES, but this is nowhere near the same...

I heard the comparisons to Holes so I read the book and was very disappointed. The book and the movie, despite their "kid power" message, severely underestimates kids. The jokes are not funny, the dialogue is terrible and the acting from the majority of the cast is just plain bad. Check out Holes, Peter Pan(2003) or...

When I am not watching movies, I am reading. I mostly read non-fiction, but when I do turn to fiction, it is usually carl Hiassen, the writer of the book this movie is based upon.
His message is plain and simple; Florida is flat and they will bulldoze it until they have cleared it coast to coast and there is no room left...
