The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005)
A man is shot and quickly buried in the high desert of west Texas. The body is found and reburied in Van Horn's town cemetery. Pete Perkins, a local ranch foreman, kidnaps a Border Patrolman and forces him to disinter the body. With his captive in tow and the body tied to a mule, Pete undertakes a dangerous and quixotic journey into Mexico.

I love a good Western. Maybe even more then a good moving drama with great speech and well written characters. Which is saying something. I love the look of westerns. From their ranches, mountains, lush scenery, and all the animals you see around. I love the morality tale. I love the showdown at the carole at the end...

I have absolutely no idea where all of this praise for The Three Burials of Inigo Montoya (or whatever it's called) is coming from, but it has had one very unfortunate consequence: It has cause me to waste $3.50, on one of the most unwatchable messes of a movie I've ever seen.
