  Wedding Crashers (2005)

The outrageous comedy "Wedding Crashers" stars Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson as divorce mediators and lifelong friends who have never met a wedding they couldn't get themselves into. Guided by a secret set of wedding crashing "rules," the pair find their way into a different wedding and different bridesmaid's heart every week. But when they crash the social event of the season, one of them falls for the engaged daughter of an influential and eccentric politician and decides to break the "rules" in pursuit of her. This leads to a wild weekend at her family's palatial estate where the ultimate "Crashers" quickly find themselves in way over their heads. (read more)

There is one reason and one reason only for watching this movie and it's also the sole reason why I gave this movie 2 stars.

The cute little redheaded sister who throws fits in order to get her way with her daddy (Christopher Walken completely misused) and seduces Vince Vaughn by being sexually aggressive...

New Line Cinema's Wedding Crashers

I have a feeling this movie was only made to draw the college/drunk/sex addict partyers who are exactly like Vaughn and Wilson and let that crowd enjoy their humor and get some laughs.

Not that there is anything wrong with that, mind you.

But I felt they knew they would get that crowd,...

Wedding Crashers Movie Review by Seth C (2/3/2006)

The structure of film or even storytelling is quite simple: There is a beginning, a middle and an end. The beginning is probably the least important as all it does is really set up the characters and possibly the beginings of the film's outline. The middle is hopefully where the story gains it's steam, whereas the end is...

Wedding Crashers Movie Review by Matthew (8/2/2005)

This is one hilarious film.

I avoided it for a couple of weeks and now I am sorry that I did. Initially, it looks like every other comedy Hollywood makes, where the best jokes (if there are any) are all in the trailer. I'm glad to say that I was wrong. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time.

John Beckwith (Owen...

Wedding Crashers Movie Review by Corey (7/15/2005)

I imagine that the greatest non-fiscal accomplishment comedic filmmakers can hope for is that their movie becomes the object of repeated late-night, goofy, stoned viewings in thousands of dorm rooms across America; that the lines they write creep into pop-culture consciousness, quoted endlessly by SportsCenter anchors or...
