Red Eye (2005)

A successful hotel manager is flying home on the red eye after a funeral. Through cell phone calls, she is trying to arrange a dtay for a politician. On the plane she is greeted by a stranger who threatens her life if she doesn't help him set up the politician for murder.

Much like Robert Mitchum haunted flicks of yesteryear like CAPE FEAR, with simply a cool demeanor and this scary underlying tone, Cillian Murphy has managed to pick up that groove in this film. Much of the reason why it is so enjoyable is for him.
Of course, the other reason why it's believable is that Rachel McAdams...
