Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004)

A basic Joe Blow running a small gym gets threatened with losing his building to an exercise maven (of sorts). His group of rag-tag friends band together to try and win a Dodgeball tournament to win the money to help save the gym.

OK, Vaughn wasn't always this bad. There was a time when I thought that he could be a very promising actor. Somewhere around the time of SWINGERS. Since then, with all of the lame comedies that he's contributed to... eh.
There were a lot of people who highly enjoyed this movie about a group of losers who like to work out...

I really expected this to be extra stupid, I mean extra.
And some of it is...Ben Stiller's character is over-the-top crazy, and not in a good way.
But Vince Vaughn and his co-horts save this movie from being too loud and turn it into a nice little underdog story.

BEN STILLER AND VINCE VAUGHN PAIR UP IN THIS COMEDY ABOUT TWO FITNESS GYM RIVALS. BEN IS ABOUT TO PUT VINCE OUT OF BUSINESS, BUT VINCE AND HIS TEAM HAVE I MORE PLAN UP THEIR SLEEVES,. THIS IS A GOOD MOVIE AND WORTH WATCHING ATLEAST ONCE.

If you're looking for a fun, slap-stick comedy movie that really doesn't showcase Oscar-worthy acting or plot, and if you just want to have fun with friends on a Friday night, then Dodgeball is the movie for you!

Dodgeball is a hilarious movie. It's one of those stupid concepts just put into a movie, and with the right actors, it made formula for a fantastic movie. Definately check this one out. If you love random humor, Dodgeball is sure to please you.
