Ocean's Twelve 2004

Danny Ocean, reignited flame Tess and the rest of a band of thieves and con men, team up for another three huge heists, but this time they're in three different locations - Rome, Paris and Amsterdam. In Amsterdam, the prize is Rembrandt's "De Nachtwacht" painting, which resides at the Rijksmuseum. Ocean's Twelve Movie Review by Seth (12/12/2004)

With the amount of love I have for "Ocean's Eleven," it would be hard to top it with a sequel. That proved to be correct, but does not mean this was a bad film.

Everyone is back, just the way I remember, and just the way I liked. Matt Damon probably gets a more central role, while those of Casey Affleck, the dude who...

The Brothers from Utah barely fought! Don Cheadle...

It was simply cool, with all it's characters, plot, and dialogue. Now the studio wants to cash in on how cool it was by trying to make an even cooler...

Ocean's Twelve Movie Review by Sheryl (12/17/2004)

Once again I struggle with Matchflick's rating system. Because this movie is definitely a 3 1/2 stars.

Ocean's Twelve is... not Ocean's Eleven. It's fun, it's witty, and it's got style, but it lacks a little oomph.

For me, I think the problem was that "the heist" is a traditional movie style, which should have a...

Ocean's Twelve Movie Review by Nelson (12/14/2004)

Perhaps no other director working in Hollywood today with artistic ambitions is more adept at also producing quality mainstream movies than Steven Soderbergh. In films like "Erin Brockovich" and "Out of Sight," Soderbergh has been able to bring his trademark creativity and visual style to films aimed at a wider audience,...
