Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003)

I guess someone would find this film interesting, but I cannot imagine why? It was just plain boring.

So much to say, so little words to say it!
Every 23rd spring, for 23 days, he gets to eat. Who is 'he' exactly? He's not really given a name in any of these movies, so I will give him a fierce, horrifying name that would make even the hardest heart turn bitter cold - I shall call him...Bubbles.
