This black comedy is too black for its own good.
It is about a couple who move into an unbelievably nice duplex for a crazy cheap price and then discover that their neighbour is a batty old lady who will do anything to get them out.
It is nice to see Barrymore and Stiller together, they are a great pairing, but this...
