Minority Report (2002)
From Amazon:
Set in the chillingly possible future of 2054, Steven Spielberg's Minority Report is arguably the most intelligently provocative sci-fi thriller since Blade Runner. Like Ridley Scott's "future noir" classic, Spielberg's gritty vision was freely adapted from a story by Philip K. Dick, with its central premise of "Precrime" law enforcement, totally reliant on three isolated human "precogs" capable (due to drug-related mutation) of envisioning murders before they're committed. As Precrime's confident captain, Tom Cruise preempts these killings like a true action hero, only to run for his life when he is himself implicated in one...

There was a time when Steven Spielberg films had a certain look and feel to them. They were usually kid-friendly adventure flicks that made everyone's jaws hit the floor, amazed at what they we're witnessing. However, as time changed and cinema itself, so did Mr. Spielberg's films and out went those kid-friendly popcorn...

Why does Steven Spielberg insist on ruining his own movies? His last two films (A. I. and now Minority Report) have been beautifully filmed, well-crafted works of...

Steven Spielberg is a very hit or miss director. Fortunately when he misses, he's never worse than mediocre, and fortunately he didn't miss on Minority Report.
Plenty of other places will tell you what Minority Report is about so I won't waste your time repeating it here. But I will tell you that this is Spielbergs first...
