The Story of Us (1999)

Director Rob Reiner's When Harry Met Sally... was about a relationship beginning; The Story of Us is about a relationship possibly coming to an end. Bruce Willis plays a comedy writer who chafes at what he sees as his wife's lack of spontaneity; Michelle Pfeiffer, who creates crossword puzzles, stews over what she sees as her husband's irresponsibility. When I watched this movie, it was one of those "for the record" watching. I will watch movies that I really have no interest in just so that I can say that I saw them. I had little interest in watching a movie about a husband and wife in the middle of their crumbling relationship and especially not if it were these two...
