The worst of the Powers movies mainly because of the horrible acting 'ability' of Heather Graham.
We meet some interesting characters and Mike Myers is still a blast, but Graham can drive a person nuts! She is a totally limited and impossibly bland actress, which is so surprising given her star-making turn in 'Boogie...
