Can't Hardly Wait (1998)
On the night of a huge party thrown after graduation, several different personal stories are shown, all culminating in an underdog of a movie which tries to be comedy on top while showing its reality roots underneath.

I've liked Ethan Embry ever since he was the nameless bass player in THAT THING YOU DO! (literally, if you look at the credits for that movie you'll note that his character's name was TB Player. As in... The Bass). There's something about his wide eyed befuddled gaze and cheesy grin that gets to me.
I went to see this...

I tried to not like this movie, I thought that great teen flicks had gone the way of John Hughes and the 1980's and this one had the dispicable Jennifer Love Hewitt, but I can't help it...it is freakin' funny.
Mocking everything about highschool movies in a very 1990's post-ironic 'Scream' kinda way, we have the white boy...
