  Picture Perfect (1997)

A woman working as an ad-exec becomes smitten with a co-worker who is more into the chase of involved women. When she meets a fun photographer at a wedding and then brings his picture in claiming that he is her betrothed, the romance with the co-worker and her career are off. Only problem is that the guy ends up on the news for saving someone's lie and she must find him and introduce him to her boss.

So Jennifer Aniston plays a successful but lover-less woman in the big city (hmm, sounds a bit familiar for her).
