Ok now I'm a huge fan of Rowan Atkinson and the Mr.Bean (the series) ....but the comic genius of Mr.Bean just didn't not transfer well in this film.....and I think its because they set it in America (...I said it what!).
So here's the plot; Mr.Bean is the caretaker for the Royal National Gallery, as you can guess he ain't...
