  Mrs. Winterbourne (1996)

description written by member T:

A naive young girl runs away to New York and begins dating a con man. When she becomes pregnant, the con man kicks her out, leaving her penniless and homeless in the Big Apple. A series of mishaps lands her on a train, and a train accident lands her in the lap of luxury when she's mistaken for another pregnant woman killed in the crash. Hijinx ensue as Connie Doyle becomes Patricia Winterbourne, and the plot thickens when the con man re-enters the picture with a diabolical plot that threatens everything - including Connie's new family.
