Made after the Kids In The Hall stopped making their sketch comedy shows, the five actors (and other regulars) reunite, returning but this time to the big screen with several of their established characters and many new ones. Brain Candy is a satirical film in which a drug company desperately needs another big-selling drug or the empire will collapse, so their main developer, Dr. Chris Cooper (Kevin McDonald), is bullied by the boss (Mark McKinney) into releasing a new anti-depressant before it's gone through enough testing. Of course, this is a bad idea, but the pharm company manages to spin it to their benefit.

Seriously, we need to talk. If you have not watched KITH, the TV show, do not start your education with Brain Candy. It's too advanced for you.
