Kathryn Bigelow has done a very good job in directing James Cameron's (The Terminator, Aliens, Rambo) screenplay into a non-stop action sci-fi thriller that was a pleasure to watch.
Ralph Fiennes (Schindler's List) has to choose between two beautiful women: Angela Bassett (What's Love Got to Do With IT) and Juliette Lewis...

This flick tries to be cutting edge in its depiction of virtual reality and the turn of the century (5 years before it turned); however, instead it is your run of the mill wannabe modern noir that takes 2 and a half hours to tell a story that could have easily been done in 90 minutes.

'Strange Days' is what you get when you take a fresh and interesting script written by James Cameron and in turn get the direction of one of the most underrated action directors in Katthryn Bigelow. The film is an engrossing thriller that ends in one of the most romantic ways I've ever seen a movie end.
