This 4th (and best) film adaptation of ANNA SEWELL's famous novel (written in 1877) is a beautiful, heartfelt re-telling of the well-known story about a magnificent black stallion.

SEWELL had written BLACK BEAUTY as her way of drawing attention to the cruel treatment of animals. The Humane Society could certainly use this...
