Ruby In Paradise (1993)

The story of a young woman leaving her past behind and trying to make a
life for herself in Florida. A life doesn't have to be glamorous to be
satisfying or happy. The movie moves slowly, but Ruby is so believable
and real that, as long as the viewer is ready to settle down and
breathe it all in, it's wonderful.
