Universal Soldier (1992)

Two soldiers who kill one another during the Vietnam war are flash
frozen and experimented on by the government, becoming what is known as
a "Unisol." When they are in the middle of another mission, each man
begins to have flashbacks to his previous life, one taking the honest
road and one going the psycho road.
